My parents at the time knew that the land had spiritual activity but never told me because they didn't want to freak me out. Another day getting ready to go to bed, I looked down the hallway with my parents still in view right next to me sitting on the couch. I looked down the dark hall way when I saw a figure standing there. I was so shocked; I could say anything, so I just pointed over and over until I could talk. I said ''guys there's someone standing

paranormal activity in Troy Missouri. I've never told anybody this but my family. I just had put this out there.

When I was a child in the 1980s we lived in an old two-story house just off HWY 47. Outside a side door there was a small building that was only feet away from the house. I always felt uneasy about that building. My brothers and I had separate rooms upstairs. We always slept in the same bed with me in the middle and one foot touching each brother as I was afraid something would get them. One day in the dining room I saw a young woman in the corner by the sliding door in a white dress. It was a misty white, but she was in an old dress like in the old westerns. We moved out and in 1993 my grandparents bought that same house after the great flood of 93. Grandpa tore that old building down and built an attached garage onto the house in its place. Grandma and grandpa's Yorkie always sat in that dining room facing that same corner I saw the woman barking. My grandma (without me telling her anything I saw as a child) said her house was haunted by a young woman dressed in white. I then told her my story from when I was a child. I had never told anyone till then for fear of being thought of as crazy. Till this day I believe in the paranormal.
