Me and my girlfriend live here now (2015-2016. ) When we first moved in during her walk from the second level hallway (our apartment) to the front door, down in between the two stair banisters is a small opening, large enough for a child. Under the bottom stairs is a small open space. She claimed she saw a woman peeking out at her from there after she would exit the building and look back at the stairs through the door. She told me about it for about three

days in a row, but we both assumed it was a neighbor. (We have some strange types that live here. )
A few months later, which was a few weeks ago

she was down in the laundry room in the evening while I was up in the house. After being down there alone only a few minutes she ran up back to the apartment and opened the door crying, and she looked very scared. I asked her what happened she said she heard a voice talking to her asking what she was doing here. She said while still in the laundry room in her peripheral she saw a woman walk past the entrance, but when she looked out nobody was there. She
