Comment by Godpartikl: The girls may be talking about a house fire about five years ago near 22nd and Nye Streets in Fremont, NE. I think 2 possibly 3 children perished, and the adults survived. The home was completely gutted inside but eerily enough. The outside was only charred above the windows.
You girls possibly saw one of the little ones. How horrific for you as well as the lost little soul that is still waiting for her parents.

I too live in an apartment building where my children husband and past residents who worked here saw a tall man about 6 foot in a long coat and a girl in an old fashioned dress. Weeks ago I felt something pressing against my back and pressing my neck down.

Also my daughter won't sleep in her room without numerous night lights due to lights flickering and she is scared all the time. Anyone with information on a building on Birchwood please comment back.
