We lived in an apartment above what is now known as Helsabecks. I swear to this day there's a man named Gregg living on the east end of the apartment. He sometimes would knock to let me know he was there, but every once in a while he would get really upset and open our stove, move our fire wood around, and place it over the formal living room floor. The odd lights in the ceiling lights with stained glass one night we saw his hands above. I moved out

soon after the main bathroom shelves mysteriously collapsed into pieces and refuse to ever return.

One night when I was about twelve years old (this was at least thirteen years ago) I had a friend spend the night at my house. I awoke in the middle of the night and saw a man in my closet just staring at me with a sad expression.
I was frightened and didn't want to get up or move so I just laid there and stared back. The man disappeared from his feet to his head until he was gone. I went back to sleep. When I awoke the next morning I started to tell my friend this story and then she interrupted and described the same man I had seen.
Also I was always freaked out whenever I went to the basement of the house. There was this sort of energy near the washing machines. While the energy could be explained by the energy of these appliances I am not the only one who sensed this.
