21st Ave Place off of w 35th Street in Kearney Nebraska is a well-known haunted location around Natives. Before the crater for Lake Kearney was dug there used to be two main cemeteries. The one the lake was built on was dug up and relocated by the city.
The other one located at the current location of 21st Ave Place was not as it's lease had expired and the land was owned privately. The current homes are built on the land of the old cemetery. People have reported seeing figures wandering at night, garden hoses that mysterious uncoil across the lawn and poltergeist activities in basements.

If it was Conrad hall it was Stella. She hanged herself back in the 1960's in room 318. I've seen her. I was an RA in the next building over and we shared duty with the Conrad staff. I was going up the stairs and came up to the third floor... She was at the other end of the hall by her room.

Comment by Sara: I work at the college and clean Conrad hall. Stella likes to mess with people myself included. It was early morning and I was using the restroom I was the only person in the entire building and the lights kept flickering on and off and a shadow was in the doorway...
