When walking through wilderness Park just south of Lincoln with my girlfriend we saw what looked like a woman walking with two children. We were all walking in the same direction and they were in front of us quite a ways. When we got to the end of the path at the parking lot they were gone.

On 56th and Pioneers the median across from the legacy. You stand on the north side of Pioneers outside of the legacy an the sidewalk and if you look at the sign in the median you will see the shadow of a person on every car that passes by during the night.
The shadow will change position almost every time you see it as if the ghostly presence is walking about the median. It's said that a bicyclist was hit and killed there.

Comment by Josh: We figured out it's just the signs shadow, we drove by and parked there and it's the signs shadow that's why it only works in taller cars.
