Four years ago I stopped at scenic spot overlooking the river when crossed into SD. There was a group I could see in some type of boat that looked somehow snagged up and could slightly hear their voices, but in no way could I head the words. I took a picture no big deal end of story. Now the unbelievable weird part.
Two years later I came back to the Pow Wow and later crossed bridge at scenic spot again. I get out and froze. Looking at exact same

spot was those people again snagged up, and again I could barely hear their voices. The exact same spot and the exact position of how the boat was tilted

like it was caught up on something and people talking. What the hell is going on? I had the intense feeling of déjà vu, and I left freaked out.
I again took this picture. Two hours later I returned to look at that spot again. They were then gone as they must have freed themselves loose. What the heck are the odds that in two years apart that the one day that I visit that the same spot and same exact picture of everything the same happens? Trillion
