One Saturday afternoon my husband and I stopped by Odessa School. It is now a bargain store of sorts. My husband was in the gym which is on the lowest level. I went up to the third floor looking for a particular item. I found what I thought may have worked. I then took what is known as the north side stairway down to the gym area to see if my husband wanted to come look at the item.
He immediately followed me, and we again headed back up the

north stairway. We climbed the first set of stairs to the landing. Upon turning to proceed up the second set of stairs, I was baffled at a green miniature
|
pool ball sitting on the third step up located in the middle. I had just came down those steps, and the ball was not there. At this time there two people in the building working (there was one customer who was leaving out the front door.) The people working were in another area of the building far away from the north stairway, and only approximately two minutes at the most had passed.
I picked up the green pool ball and said I had just come down
