When I volunteered as a JAMbasador at the Joslyn Art Museum I noticed all kinds of spooky things. Lights would flicker on and off in the classrooms on the lower level, and if you happened to be walking around by yourself, you could feel someone watching you. The founder's room in the northwest corner of the building is known for mysterious creaks, footsteps, and voices, especially near the fireplace. The fountain court is especially eerie. It is always excessively freezing, most likely due to all of the cold tile and stone, not to mention running water, but most people I've spoken with report feeling like they're being watched by someone in the balcony.
Once I saw a shadowy figure duck down as if they had been watching us, but the balcony was closed at that time. The creepiest experience I've had there was down in the classrooms when one of the pieces of art from a workshop, a decorated skateboard, sprang out of the bracket holding it to the wall. It flew across the hall and hit the opposite wall six feet away before it fell to the floor. There are other stories, but those are the ones I've experienced.

I had to stay at the Reddick as a flight attendant 2009-2011. I had some very creepy things happen to me there which prompted me to look for more info on the hotel. I couldn't find any... But I would never ever stay there again.
