There is a house in Nebraska City on 4th Terrace built in 1922 that used to be a nursing home in the 1950s. It overlooks the Platte River off of Highway 2. The area used to be part of Ft. Kearney. We purchased the house back in 1997. We lived in it for five years before I left the fall of 2002, and my husband sold it around 2003. I had been contacted years later by someone whose family once owned the place and asked about strange experiences we had

in the house.
I can attest to the sudden change of behavior I received from my husband. I remember the anger outbursts towards me, which was one

of the reasons I left. Sometime after I left, he experienced hearing a party going on in the basement. When he went to check what was going on, there was no one down there. My youngest had told me the neighborhood kids said it was haunted. I had brushed it off.
Apparently what the person who contacted me had said was that they experienced attacks and objects moved on their own. The house had been owned by many families within a short amount
