You want to see a real ghost? Go out to the railroad tracks just west of town at sunrise and just sit down and wait and keep your eyes on the tracks. A worn looking man will suddenly appear walking on the tracks towards town.
There was a hobo that was killed there way way back and it is probably his ghost. He walks on the tracks a few paces and then he fades out and doesn't show up again until the next morning. He doesn't actually show up every

single morning but most of the time.
Best chance is on rainy days. When it rains he's visible for a longer time for some reason. I don't know why it

works better when it rains it just does. I have seen him on clear mornings as well though, just not for as long.

Many years ago my grandparents on my mother's side owned what is now Camp Lookout on the north side of town just below the water towards. Growing up and going to visit my grandparents, we heard many stores of an Native American Indian woman that would appear in what is now the house on the right side of camp lookout. My grandmother would tell us that she had seen her many times herself.
My grandfather had passed away in Camp Lookout in 1977. My grandparents owned both buildings when we were growing up. Over the years as a kid we heard what sounded like heavy boots walking upstairs along the floor back and forth and stores of a man with a hat being seen and cold spots.
