It was after a track meet. I forgot my computer upstairs, and I walked past the science chemical room, and the lights in that room were turning on and off.

I lived in Wilcox most of my life and I can tell you there are a few good haunting places.
First is the school, if you walk down the hall between what is now the art room all the way to the Home Ec. Room you will notice a few oddities. If you are alone and it's after school hours ( now as a student this scared me 'til I did some digging) You will hear children laughing, when there are none to be found.

And if you walk a bit more and walk into the old gym (now the lunch room for high school and elementary) Once again if you are alone, you will see movement out of the corner of your eye, you see a small someone, but when you look no one is there.

Second is where the school stores the prom stuff, it's an old showroom (located across the street from a rather awesome Cafe ). I remember helping out the janitor one day and asking about the place, because it's creepy in its own right. Looking around he told me it was an old showroom from the early 1900's.
The creepiest part was when a classmate and I went off to find an item he asked for and found ourselves lost in its basement. Clear to the back there is an old lift, we heard a sound from in that area, so he and I went to look only to find what looked like a pool of blood.
This scared us both and I screamed, he however did not, this, in turn, made the janitor come running. When he arrived the blood was gone and we just looked like scared children. I come to find out later and a small child who was there with her parents had fallen down the shaft and was crushed by the elevator.
