I'm 15 years old, and I have watched many haunted shows teaching me about spirits, and I just want to tell you to not be scared that you might be just scaring yourself. I have never seen one, but I felt one. I can feel energy and their feeling and can tell if they're in my area, or there is just air blowing in.

I don't know if you are aware of this or not. But the ''old bank'' building is located next door to the old funeral home of Atkins that was relocated a few years before the bank shut down. I am sure there would be some haunting there if anywhere in Atkins. I do believe Atkins is a haunted area. I'm not sure why but have experienced several things myself and live in the area.

Comment by Brandi: I lived in Atkins briefly this year, but had several friends that had lived there for several years and said that the town was a big plantation area and had/has many slave homes still.

I lived in this house for a few years in Atkins, and when I went to the bathroom I saw a man in the mirror. I ran to my room to get the camera and take a picture. I opened the door, and he was standing in front of me.
