Acquired a desk from the old Bates hospital among a few other odd items. I have felt a weird presence, and weird things keep getting moved around.

I was sitting in my mom's bed alone because my mom was at work and my dad was too and I was playing on my iPhone and the windows were closed. So just then I heard a scream as loud as I've heard anyone scream.

I was terrified so I went in my bathroom (downstairs) and locked the door (it had a mirror). And I was crying so I looked in the mirror for some reason and I saw a lady with her mouth open like she was screaming.
So I went outside to tell my friends and when I was going through a yard ( I know it's safe) to my friends house, and it's like his back yard is a patch of the woods and I saw a lady with the same face as the lady in the mirror and she was so bloody (blood on her face and arms) that I couldn't stop looking.
I was so interested that I stopped running and went to look how she died. We were both coming to each other. And when I got to her I asked if she was OK. She said yes and told me that I shouldn't be afraid of her because she just wanted to help, and the scream was just her seeing herself in the mirror and finding out that she was bloody.
