This story was told to me by my grandmother and aunt who lived up Mockingbird Hill Road back in the 70s. They didn't lock their doors as it wasn't really necessary back then, at least not there. Something happened one night. Grandma heard her door open and shut.
So the next day she told her daughter, my aunt, what she heard. At about the same time my aunt explained that her front screen door slammed. She heard footsteps, then the back screen door slammed.

She got up but never saw anyone.

Many years ago I was driving through Canehill to take a friend home and on a porch of a business by the road a man was hanging with his head cocked to the side. The mans feet were three foot off the ground so I just knew this guy committed suicide.
I turned the car around to go check it out to see if he was dead and nobody was there. I drove by two more times because I just knew what I saw wasn't real. It was a very real experience and it happened at 1:30 am.
