We have heard children's voices when children were not present. We have had the TV and microwave turn on and off at times and we could never leave keys laying out. They would always end up on top of the fridge.
Renters beware your in for a scare.

Outside my house I see a strange man looking in my mail box every day. He is most likely the spirit of the next door neighbor who died a few months ago. He loved my mail.

Me and my friend were in my house in the small unnamed neighborhood of Porter Rd. At the time we were about 9 or 10 and we were alone. My mom was gone for the day, and we decided to go play outside and as soon as we reached for the door knob we felt like our ankles were being pulled back and we finally ran to the door open and ran out screaming and it never happened again, but it sure freaked us out.
