I was about 28 and would drink often and had an odd proclivity to hang the doll from the ceiling fan and then punch it, just to get a rise out of my roommate's daughter (things you do when you're stupid and drunk). come, especially for it to be pulling of something so bizarre.

One of my close friends had recently moved into an affordable studio apartment in Fayetteville Arkansas. This newly renovated building was once a rehabilitation center years ago, but had now been converted into a studio apartment complex by the new owners of this property. My friend had been given a room in a wing of this complex where he had heard that no one had occupied it for quite some time. Although he found this to be a bit strange the monthly price was just too good to pass up. Besides, he preferred to have some peace and quiet over a busy apartment wing. He gladly opted to becoming the only person living down this particular wing of studio apartments.
On his first night of sleeping in this studio apartment he was awakened at 4:00 am sharp by what appeared to him as a fairly thin pale looking elderly woman in a nightgown who was sitting on his chest while at the same time pressing down hard on him with her finger on the side of his neck. As he attempted to get up from the bed he noticed that the lady kept pressing upon him so forcefully that he could not physically get up on his own. As shocked as he was, he quickly recalled that as a child he had been told by his church going parents that if he ever came across any serious danger to simply call out on god's name. As he tried uttering god's true name the apparition quickly vanished before his eyes. Still shaken up by what had just occurred, he then was able to get up out of bed and examined his neck in the bathroom mirror only to find his neck a deep red color and feeling very sore from where this apparition had kept pressing upon him with its appendage. A few hours later he left for work and decided to take the strange occurrence as just a bad nightmare.
