On the second night in this apartment he was again awaken with the feeling of a strange presence of someone or something being in the same room with him. Almost immediately after waking up he also heard what sounded like a small child running up and down the wing outside of his apartment. It sounded like the child kept opening and closing every door in this wing as he passed by. He promptly rushed to open the door, and there was no sign of anyone

down the hall at all. Upon returning to his bed, he heard the sink faucet running in his bathroom. He urgently rushed over to see why his bathroom faucet

had turned on all on its own. He found no one there, and the sink faucet turned fully to the off position. Out of curiosity he then decided to touch the bowl of the sink and found fresh water still around it. As late as it was, within a few hours he again proceeded to get ready for work and thought nothing of this second strange occurrence in the apartment.
On his third night of sleeping in this apartment he was again awakened by what he described
