This picture is a complete joke of a hoax. The biggest and only clue you need is the data/time stamp at the bottom right. This pictures is a picture of a picture with a flash used. Those yellow data/time stamps there would not be blurred nor brightened considering the stamp is posted on top of the photo. Nice try jokesters :).
