I lived on a farm about 3.5 miles from Huntsville, located in between the communities of Hindsville and Wesley up on a mountain. From the time I moved there around 1978 until I moved away in 1988 there were strange events that took place. The house was small but had a full basement. It had been built in the same location as an old farm house that had previously stood there and was torn down.
According to neighbors who had lived in this community,

there had been a family living in the old farmhouse who had lost the mother who died shortly after her baby was born. There was also a guy who had turned
|
his wagon over and was killed on the road that ran past the house. The road is closed off now and only a private drive to the house. The house is about a mile from a cemetery. There was an old well and an old fireplace that had rocks with dates carved in them for 1884.
I would be down in the basement painting pictures and would hear what sounded like someone opening the living room door, entering the living room up above me, and walking all the way
