60 vantage Dr. Maumelle AR. Bought the house over 10 years ago lasted 4 years. The house has been through a lot of people. The house is haunted I can promise you that. Everything from the normal stuff you hear about active houses.
Footsteps, cold spots, lights coming on, doors opening and eerie feelings. Whatever spirits are in there are doing some tricky things. I would change the channels and turn the radio on without being plugged in.

Down by the river there was a tragic death many years ago. Some kids were playing down there and one of them fell in and drowned. That wasn't the end of him though. He came back as a ghost and he has been haunting the area ever since.
It's a kid playing by the river that has a glow around him kind of. You blink and he's gone. I have seen him so I know it's true.
