I was waiting for my wife at the health unit S. Lowder Street when I saw a black misty figure by the trees in the field net to the parking lot. It was a hot evening. There was no wind, but all of a sudden the trees and bushes moved as if something or someone walked into it.
I kept staring at it because I was curious and basically had nothing else to do while waiting for my wife to come out. I went closer to the fence to check it out. Then I saw a dark

figure about the size of a small child move into bush.
The figure didn't have any feature, just plain dark in a shape of a child. I took a picture

of it with my phone, but when I took a look I couldn't see anything. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this?.
