I lived in the Wind River Estates for about a year. Nothing out of the ordinary had happened until I got pregnant with my son. We had little things like objects going missing then showing up randomly in a strange location in the house. This began when I was about four months pregnant. I would hear footsteps in my kitchen and scratching in my walls. It got to the point where I did not like to be alone in that house. My two-year-old daughter started telling me about a little boy named Josh that she played with in the house all of the time.
Strange thing is that we had never said that name to her. She would run screaming from her bedroom, ''mommy Josh scared me!'' One time she woke up at 3:00 am and flooded the house by clogging the sink and letting the water run. Then she went back to bed and said that Josh told her to. This was getting way too creepy for me! I was told by the previous owners that their daughter-in-law had died in my bedroom, but that did not explain ''Josh. '' One night my fiancé and I were in the bedroom, and a box flew off of my closet shelf at us. Another time when we were in the bedroom again three candles flew off of our dresser at us. Again being on the bed, the fan came off of the night stand and knocked my fiancé in the head! It was not more than four months after I gave birth to our son that we packed up and moved.
