A ghost was sighted by a teenage boy while walking to his friends house he looked over his shoulder and spotted a woman with torn up dreaded cloths walking along the overpass of Wynne holding a dead dog walking along the tracks.

Soon after a train came but no news was reported about a woman being hit.
