If you don't believe in the afterlife, you should see this once. Once you see it, you can't un-see it. Your mind will have to process it.

Comment by Luke: I heard about this as a kid and found the road but never saw the light. I am a writer and would like to include this story in a book. If anyone has info about the origin of the light or a story about it, please email me lukeard95 @gmail.com.

I grew up on Glascock road in Albany, LA. I remember when I was 5 years of age I woke up one night from a dead sleep to some banging noise that was really loud. When I sat up in my bed I looked towards my doorway that stayed open all the time, and there was a translucent woman standing there banging on what looked like a can with a spoon. I felt that she was trying to wake me up, and I scared the daylights out of me. I tried to go under my covers hoping she would go away, and she wouldn't, so I mustarded up some courage and ran directly through her down the hallway and into my mother's bedroom. I never forgot what she was wearing though. Many years later I researched the type of multicolored robe she was wearing, and in my research I found it was a Hungarian robe wore by Hungarian females of the late 19th century. Other than that it was basically all the information I could find.
