At the river confluence the apparition of a spirit is sometimes seen hovering over the water specially on rainy days. I saw the spirit on a day like that in 2012. It was raining and I accidentally glanced the right way and there it was hovering in the air.
It was there for several seconds before it dissolved and was gone. I have talked to other people who have seen the spirit and everyone describes the same thing.
