My husband and I lived on May Avenue up until about a month ago. Late one afternoon we were getting ready to leave the house when we heard very heavy footsteps coming from the attic. The footsteps went from the back of the house to the front and then stopped. My husband grabbed his phone and climbed into the crawlspace where there was nothing out of the ordinary. The crawlspace was the only way in or out, and there was nothing in our attic (that we

could see).
There has been a lot of activity at our house like a small shadow that walked from our bedroom door to the bathroom door almost every

night. Our very large dog would sometimes go crazy and bark at something in the spare room. We are both new to this part of the country and are very interested in the history of Louisiana.
