A couple of weeks later I was up early getting my daughter dressed and getting her breakfast ready. My boyfriend was in the shower. We heard a huge ruckus in my bedroom, and I went running in to find every single blind (these are big heavy metal blinds) and every single poster picture and painting piled on our bed. When I was 7 or 8 I used to wake up in the middle of the night, and I would see a poor looking lady in the corner of the room. She was holding her baby boy in her arms. At the time I just thought that my mind was playing tricks on me. That was until recently I learned that there was an old plantation that used to be built on the land that I live on and that it was haunted. Now I realize that the lady in the corner was a slave that worked on a plantation.
