Drive out of town on 40 and when you cross the river look to the right towards the sandbank. I have seen a man standing there with a blank stare that disappeared after I turned my head back to get a second look.
It was only half a second and if you know the place I speak of you know there is nowhere to disappear that fast. After this happened I did a bit of searching and found that others have seen the same thing there.
