Not long ago we moved out of a house on Dayton Avenue in Jonesboro. I've never really been afraid of the ''idea'' of ghosts or spirits because I've never seen or heard anything even remotely spooky in my whole life and I'm 48 years old.
Well, living in that house changed that! I would hear someone walking in the kitchen and in the hall when I knew that there was no one else in the house but me. Lights, the radio, and my television would either turn themselves

off or on.
Sometimes I would come home and find every light in the house on along with the radio and TV. Cabinets would open. I would hear strange
|
sounds, such as heavy breathing, rasping, etc, and I also would catch glimpses of some sort of gray shadow.
Sometimes when I would misplace something it mysteriously reappeared where I could find it. I really couldn't sleep well in the house, so I only ended up staying there for a few months. It was as if someone was there watching me.
I could feel it. I knew it was there and it made me extremely uncomfortable, I would wake up at Al hours with
