Vance Harrison drowned in the river in 1942. He wasn't from here but he stayed here as a ghost in the town where he died. He drowned right about where 1st Street ends. The circumstances of his drowning were very unclear, perhaps he was murdered. He appears on the riverbank if someone tries to enter the water.
