Vance Harrison drowned in the river in 1942. He wasn't from here but he stayed here as a ghost in the town where he died. He drowned right about where 1st Street ends. The circumstances of his drowning were very unclear, perhaps he was murdered.|
He appears on the riverbank if someone tries to enter the water. He does what he can to scare you away so you won't drown like he did.
