The woods east of town have been haunted since the 1920s. A young woman was stabbed in the back by an unknown killer. She managed to break free and ran through the woods with the knife in her back. She ran two miles before she fell down dead.
If you go out in those woods you can sometimes see her running through the woods screaming with a knife in her back and blood pouring. I saw her myself a few years ago and my grandfather saw her once in the 1950s.
