My son has told me several times day and night that he can see a person jump off the Charleston and climb the outside of the building to jump again. Please note each place except the retreat center has been researched and has a history of horrible deaths and been places of extreme violence.

River Road Lake Charles. I used to run on River Road in the late 90s. Twice I've seen a canoe in the water with two men paddling, always in the same location right around the sharp turn right around the center bend in the road.
Both times when I've run up close enough to see them they were gone. One evening I stopped and talked to someone who was fishing on the side of the road (this is before all the new camps had been built).
