We used to rent a house on Beaupre Drive. It was a nice beautiful area but the house was definitely haunted. It was a grey one story house that has a big tree right on front. We lived there for three years 2000-2003.
The landlord did tell us before we had moved in that his grandfather died in the home. We weren't sure if the ghost in the home was male or female because we only heard footsteps and saw a dark figure swooshing by in the hallway.

happened on a nightly basis and only when only my husband and I were home. Our children did not experience any haunting at all.
