Mer Rouge has a long history of the unexplained. From all accounts by respectable and honest people Alice Bell was a little girl who lived in Mer Rouge and was gifted with the ability to see into the future as well as to see ghost.
She used these talents as a child and into adulthood. After her marriage I was told she asked the ghost to give her a break from their interruptions as she wanted to live a ''normal life''. I don't know if her ghostly friends are back or not.
