One summer three years ago I went to spend a month with my cousin in New Orleans. He was always telling me weird things about curses and ghosts to try and freak me out. We passed by the Whitney Avenue cemetery one night and counted five orbs floating around the cemetery.
I wanted to stop and investigate but my cousin told me that my uncle had told him to be back home with the car before midnight. We told uncle Jeff what we saw but he did not believe us. He did tell us that he had witnessed a lot of weird and odd things in New Orleans when he was just a boy but all kids get ideas about seeing things that are not really there.

I know for a fact what we saw was real and nobody can tell me any differently.

We were forced to leave New Orleans before hurricane Katrina arrived. We were in Houston Texas for almost a year before we were allowed to return home. My wife and I decided to tear down what remained of our home and rebuild in the exact spot.
We were told our next door neighbor had perished in the hurricane because of his advanced age. Three years after rebuilding our home I was having trouble sleeping one night. And so I got up and walked out on the back patio to breath in some of the night air.
I was shocked to see our elderly neighbor who had died in the hurricane sitting at the patio table. I walked up to my former neighbor and stuck out my hand to shake his and welcome him back. He did not shake my hand or answer me but just stared at me with unseeing eyes.
