I once met a man who appeared to be a lumberjack at the Anthony products mill in Plain Dealing. I was getting my paperwork from the scale at about 3 am when I was reaching in the cubby hole to get my paperwork and a hand grabbed me.
Startled I looked in the hole and saw a man about 40ish and tired looking back at me. He wore a hat with the fold down sides to keep your ears warm. He had a red flannel shirt and mauve green work pants.
He asked

me if I had seen his daughter and I responded back saying that I did not see her. I looked backed into the hole and he was gone. A week later I was in

the yard pulling the tarp on my trailer and I looked over in the tall grass and this girl who appeared to be about 4 or 5 years old came walking up to my truck.
I got down and asked who she was and what she was doing out at this time in the morning. She said she was looking for her daddy. She then turned back towards the grass and as she did I've seen an axe in the upper right side of her back.
