I was jogging down by the river early in the morning just at the break of day. There were not many people out. I heard someone crying and I turned around but there was nothing there. I stopped and listened carefully.
I then heard a faint voice saying ''help me help me''. After that it stopped. There was no more crying and no more voice saying ''help me help me''. The voice sounded like a young woman. Does anyone know anything that might explain what
