I live off of Military Road. My dad passed away back in 2012. Every now and then when I leave my house I close the front door, and something stops the door about five inches from closing. It's happened to me twice, and I felt like it was my dad doing this. Before he passed he used to hide behind the door and play pranks on me. Maybe it was his sign that he was still around.
Another occurrence happens almost all the time. My house is elevated

about three feet. If the family is sitting outside and not one person is inside, you can hear people running throughout the house and it's slightly shaking.

At night time there will be footsteps heard walking up and down the stairs as well. Drawers in bedrooms will be closed if left open, and doors will be shut if the room isn't occupied.
We have never been harmed by whatever is in my house. We find it to be absolutely wonderful that we actually have something/someone staying around my house. It leaves a little mystery :).
