My family built a house. We have had it for 28 years. In my room I hear things but when I go to check there's nothing there anymore.

Every night when I go to sleep I hear someone saying ''I'll shoot you in the heart'' and I hurry and wake up and my closet door will close. This has been going on since I was 8, and the people who used to live in my house died because the father killed the children and his wife in my room. I'm very terrified for my safety. Someone please help me.
