In about the summer of 1992, I was sitting here in my office along with my 2 faithful dogs. Late in the evening, I went out onto the front to have a smoke when shortly thereafter, my neighbors living across the street from me, came running outside.
The only thing the man had on, was a scared look and nothing more. He is a dark colored Latin fella and I swear he had turned white in color. He turned back around, ran back into his home, gathered up his wife and son, then it was back out the door they went.

His wife was real upset and wanted to know, what had gotten into her husband. He stated, that he had awakened having a feeling that someone was watching him. He opened up his eyes and looked towards the doorway.

There he stated was a white shadow of a little girl, looking right at him. Then a few short seconds later, she disappeared. They had spent the remainder of the evening in town where upon the following day, they gathered up all of their belongings and moved out.

Right by Altus there is the small town of Blair. Before I moved to Altus when I was 4 we lived in Blair. We lived in a house right across from the little day care. There was a car that crashed right outside of my room when I was little.
