He seems friendly. Anytime he is in the house my cat will go to where he is. I'm not from this area and don't know the history. I would live to know what has happened here. If anyone can shed some light on this please email me at dlj6558 @yahoo .com.

We used to live on 10th Ave NW. My in-laws owned it and it prior to our arrival it was converted from a duplex into a single family home. When it was a duplex an older woman lived in the front part of the house and the back part of the house was a young family with children.
The parents apparently had a drug problem because when they moved they left behind a ton of paraphernalia. When we moved in immediately we realized that the front of the house was comfortable and inviting but the back of the house (where the young family lived) was a lot creepier.
