Okay. I have three encounters here.
1: I was coming out of the downstairs boys' bathroom and I looked up the stairwell and I saw a black figure. So I ran.
2: I saw the same figure doing the same thing only at the bottom of the stairs. So I ran.

3: I was walking by the old nurses office and I saw a girl with a black blanket over her head and body go into the nurses office via the wall. And she was nowhere near the door.
