Comment by Jm: I know for a fact that old Chief Geronimo is still present at Fort Sill in spirit form. I have told friends that I have experienced a couple of things and knew it was the chief but they just laughed at me.
I actually believe Geronimo may want something for his spirit to remain on the post like it has. Or maybe there were some kind of unresolved issues that had not been taken care of correctly.

April 2011 I was working in the building across the street from were they jailed Geronimo. About 7:45 am I looked to the east the sun was coming up. A blueish green light was floating in and out of the jail.

It moved up and down slowly. Then it was gone. I tried to think what it could be (t. V. Computer lights for Street light) ? Don't know.
