Mary White Elementary has a spirit of a young Africa American boy reported to have died in 1958 due to what now is probably an asthma attack. He is supposed to be seen and heard in the gymnasium playing with a ball bouncing it. You can hear laughter, and doors will open themselves. Strange sounds are heard at night coming from the ceiling and walls.

One night looking around with night vision close to my house, I saw a figure of what appeared to be an elderly lady standing on a bridge. I threw my light up and looked without the night vision, and there was no one there.

One day I thought I would look around an old trailer. In there was me and my 3 year old dog nut. When I was walking in a room I heard something following me my dog was gone. Suddenly I felt a cool breeze through the air. I saw a little girl . When I got the chance to look she was gone.
