Memorial day weekend Sunday night 10 pm 2017 hiway 20 driving from Ark to Jay 90 degree curve saw fog patch like human body with 3d girl face on top. As I slowly pass could see her head turn as I went by I thought my life must be at a end.
Got back to Grove. My wife said at 10 pm she had prayed for angels to watch over me. I now know they are real.

Do you know why Jay, OK hosts an annual huckleberry festival in July of each year? Not many people know why but I'll tell you. It all started in the early 1960s when a young man was found murdered in Jay. After that he started appearing as a ghost telling people he would kill them on the 4th of July weekend.

So many people in Jay had received death threats from the ghosts they hired a specialist to figure out what to do. Knowing that ghosts are shy around crowds the specialist advised that a festival should be held at that particular time to keep the ghost away at least during that specific time when he had threatened to kill people. Sounds like a made up story but it's not. Check with the old locals who were around back then and they'll tell you it's true.
