I go to school in Kremlin and have friends there and they have told me a few stories of ghosts. One is of them walking by a house and seeing a light and then one of them had a large scar on her leg. There were a few other witnesses there that described the same thing, and she did have a scar. Another story is when one of my friends looked into a window and saw a face that was green.
One thing that I witnessed personally was a red liquid was on a window

( I am guessing it was blood but not sure). The next day it had three police cars outside of it and then it was bulldozed within a week.
