Comment by Roseii: If I am understanding correctly the ghost is only hurting your sister and not your mother. If this is the case then it's possible that the entity is attached to your sister. If they are willing to have someone come and look at your house there are a couple of paranormal groups that could look at it but I personally don't know then.
I'm from California so I know more groups from there than here. White sage burned in the home is a purifier herb simply bought locally. Here are a couple localized groups you can contact make sure to ask as many questions and have as many details about what has been going on as you can so they can help.

I was 13 years old when I saw two ghost sightings in my room. It's been a whole year now since that happened. I was just lying on my bed when I saw something very strange. So I looked out my window then out of nowhere a ball of fur went straight across my window.
But then five minutes later a figure appeared on my wall, so I ran and told my parents but they didn't believe me so I stayed out of my room for the rest of the day. But I was scared to sleep that night.
