The story about the old bridge in Martha OK. May be very true. My nephew was there one summer day and walked down to the river bank to look around. After a few minutes he got the feeling that he was being watched and looked up at the bridge to see an old man with white hair watching him.
He decided to be friendly and introduce himself to the elderly gentleman. After walking back up to the bridge my nephew was startled by the fact there was nobody there. There are no houses located near the old bridge and it startled him enough that he decided it was a good time to leave.

There may be more than just a few ghosts around the old bridge for all that I know. I just do not like going to spooky places like that especially by myself when there is a ghost or spirits involved.

The story regarding the Martha bridge is untrue. The bridge didn't collapse until just a few years ago. As in, within the last 5 years (from 2009). However, there is another story to go with the bridge.
