Me and two others saw a boiling rolling black smoke shaped like a human, but it was around 15 feet tall. As soon as it noticed we were staring at it, it just floated up 3-5 feet above the building. Then floated away southward. It was seen by a few other people at other times as well. This occurred in the alley by what is now Pruitt's heading to the east.
